Job Descriptions

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of barbershop.
- Execute and deliver best service treatments to guests as per Brand standards, including offering professional barbering consultations.
- Responsible for ensuring products and services quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved.
- Supervise and ensure service consistency according to established standard.
- Develop team members, through constant supervision, coaching and on-the-job training, making sure they consistently deliver the products and services according to Brand standards.
- Encourage customer loyalty and looking after customer satisfaction by engaging with guests, maintaining accurate and consistent delivery of products and services.
- Assist with proper inventory management practice.
- Ensure all team members adhere to personal hygiene standards, face mask and hand washing policy.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitization of chairs, surfaces and high risk apparatus such as scissors and cut throat open razor blades is adhered. is adhered.
- Cultivate a positive working relationship with all concerned internal and external stakeholders, functional teams to ensure an effective seamless customer journey.
